This trip was a disaster from the start. The journey started late. There was a SCARY stop at the Mthatha bus stope where "people" were let on to the bus to sell food and mobile phone accessories to passengers. Then when we arrived my destination ( Shell Mthatha ) more than 1.5 hours late. I missed my shuttle to Coffee Bay! The Intercity Xpress staff at their counter, just shook her head and said it was back luck and the shuttle connection was not their responsibility ...

Comfortable couches, perfect driving and menners by drivers,all was perfect for as it was the first time travelling with Intercity.
