Intercape Mainliner didn't arrive on time. In fact we waited at the bus stop for almost 6 hours. The worst is that Intercape sent no messages, no apologies, so one sits in the middle of nowhere waiting for the bus. I called them 4 times - each agent had a different story - one said the bus was 10 km away. Another said 130 km away an hour later. One saud rhe bus was caught in traffic in KZN, another saud the bus broke down and had mechanical difficulties. But was fixed at last. It was a tense day. As we needed to cat h a connecting bus feom the Bellville terminus for my godson going to JHB to his family to celebrate his 21st birthday. What a disappointment!

Besides being 2 hours late for my stop, I heard from other passengers that they had a horrible experience with this late bus. It had not stopped for the last 8 hours! Due to delays. Then 10 minutes out of Cape Town it broke down on the N2, and the person who came with the replacement bud offered z very poor apology, which was basically asking us to accept the bad service this company gives these days. I will not recommend to people as I used to!
