Bus late by more than 4 hours. Consultant Pabi who answered the 24 hour call on 18.01.2023 after 21:20 was rude and unapologetic about how late the bus was. Nor was he sympathetic about people waiting outside at night while it was raining.Communication was sent after 8 about the bus being delayed. The sms had minimal details.
I would never recommend it to anyone and I’d rather cough up double the amount for better services for another bus company or flight than to ever use iLulaBus again . The drivers lack respect for us passengers and don’t have a way of speaking respectfully nor do they show interest in trying to be respectful. There’s no place to charge cellphones yet it is listed when booking the bus. The bus was meant to arrive at 6am and it arrived at 11am.
The illula bus Never arrived .we had to travel with taxi’s eventhough we paid for a bus .Waiting in a different province for a bus till it get’s late is very unsafe and scary .very very unprofessional.
I will never use your filthy bus again, im sorry. Your was cockroach infested and wasnt swept for the next trip.
Customer service is evidently unknown to your staff, pls teach and develop them. I can never recommend your services to anyone for as long as I live.
Busses are very old and tiring, the chairs are so uncomfortable for long distance. The bus was very dirty and untidy some chairs had vomit on and people were expected to sit next to that vomiting. It the worst bus ever.
Bus drivers were perfect, staff at the station office was unprofessional. The seats had no leg room, if reclined they hurt the knees of the person behind.
it wasn't on time & the bus was so uncomfortable (citiliner) but I thank the stuff for communicating through sms that the bus will either be greyhound ,, citiliner or eldo & that it is delaying .
Thank u for bringing back this amazing service. I always feel safe when traveling with Greyhound and so happy to have u back! Keep up the good work 👏❤️
We arrived at 10:30am instead of 9 as it was stated, bus has small cockrouches. It will be much appreciated if Eldo Coaches can take good care of the inside as they do the outside
The bus was not 100% had a noise under, and vibrates on a sloppy road on a very high speed with drivers who dont want to lower it and were very rude, I was holding my breath with non stop prayers due to speed and bus in a bad condition, I will never take the bus again
I booked for Greyhound but I use Eldo Coach to Cape Town. I didn't know if the taxis drives can stop the bus at station. Next lest know that we going to use different bus.
Remove the drivers and maintain your buses, the noise of wheel bearings is too much that I can't even hear the person next to me. Buy new capacitated buses man, we can't be squeezed in those seats and some people had to sit on the passage.. what is that?
That was my last time driving with them. Staff is rude, bus died and we had to wait hours for another bus which came and we were changed to another bus again. I arrived in Cape Town 4 hours later.
I will never take or refer anyone to take Eldo coaches. The busy was late with more than two hours, the urine was smelling all over the bus and the driver was rude to passengers. The bust was not in a good condition to travel as it’s stucked twice on the road
Information on delay was not provided. The bus got involved in an accident which caused more delays. Took Chilwans more than 6 hours to make alternative arrangements for us to get to final destination.
