The bus at both the Canmore and Cross Iron Mills stops was late resulting in arrival at Edmonton 30 mins late. The lighting and air conditioning above the seats did not resulting in uncomfortable heat due to outside temperatures.
The man answering the phone Saturday is completely rude. Hung up three times in me. Bud left Andrea stranded as I took off right away. It was also late, so she went inside as it was cold out. Bus pulled up took off. No right. We had no idea of when it was arriving. When I called the guy was rude and said cannot give me a time.
