The bus delayed and broke down on the way I called as we were over 4 hours late but the customer service team was unhelpful and rude did not come up with a solution instead they pinned the fault on us a customer’s I specifically requested that if the call drops again but no one called as I write this message I’m stranded at the garage trying to get transport to take me home
