In a bus I was cold the whole night the opposite air-conditioner was pointing me I asked for assistance they ddnt help. The passanger on that seat said couldn't close it either.

First of all, I booked an intercape and we were given a different bus . Bus with a VERY dirty and stinking toilet.

The bus was clean as well as the toilet and the ride was smooth and check in was done promptly. I hated the fact that the departure time was 8am only to be told it changed to 9am, with no communication whatsoever. After we were dropped off at Bergville to take a taxi to Newcastle we waited for almost an hour for the bus that was coming from Johannesburg only to find that there were no passengers going to Newcastle.
