the bus was in good condition and very clean, though I am not happy with what happened when we were at mount ayliff we had to go back to kokstad for someone who was left there and we ended up not reaching our destinations in time as passengers, that was the most dissatisfying part about this whole trip.
We are still on the way to my destination, we were supposed to arrive 5hours ago
Hi good day. On the 16th of February I took Intercape bus coach from Durban to Cape Town. The bus water pipe broke in Monte Vista and we got stucked and had to Waite for a mechanic. A long the trip to Cape town the bus was delayed by passengers and other problems as well. We were to arrive in Cape 12 in the afternoon but we arrived 17:00 ,that's 5hours delayed. Whereby I made pick up arrangements prior for the afternoon the bus had to arrive. 23 April the bus had a broke down again I fbnot mistaken bus 908, had water going to the engine. The mechanic saw he won't be able to fix the problem and told the drivers to arrange another bus. Again my arrival time was for 4:30 but instead it was just after 10am. Who's taking responsibilities for my pick up arrangements or delays because we travel for different reasons. Most important time is time and it's not waiting for no one. 3rd issue- cockroaches is disgusting and I understand each and everyone is coming from various homes, but it's a no for me because I was not relaxed after I saw this insects. Please do something atleast about the service of the bus coaches and atleast fumigate the busses on a regular basis because I don't want to take this insects home with me in my suitcase or anywhere with my belongings. Regards Sharon Mageza.
