Driver was on phone (no handsfree) most of the trip. We drove past the point I was going he wouldnt let me hop off even though we waited 10 min at a t junction in volksrust to give a bag to someone who lives there. I am a white afrikaans and english speaker but all communication by staff and driver was in languages i didnt understand
