It was the worst inconvenience I ever experienced, the bus arrived an hour later than the expected time and it got broken on the way, I missed a flight at King shaka, I had add money for the next flight. I was supposed to depart at 6pm and the bus arrived at 21:10 in Kokstad.. it was 3hours late . I booked mainliner but I don’t even know the type of the bus arrived, it was not mainliner.

The coach can be booked online which is good for convenience. But the temperature was not controlled, such that the coach was stuffy and hot inside, with high risk of contracting communicable airbone diseases. The coach disregards time as it arrives over 40 minutes late and no regards to even notify and redress with patrons.
