I did not enjoy anything about their services. The bus was 6 hours late instead of arriving at halfpast 10 from Kokstad to PE I arrived at 4am in the morning the drivers were rude they woukd stop without telling us the reason for stopping. When we ask they shouted at us and the also forgot passengers and only found out after an hour that they needed to go back and fetch passengers. The driver also didn't notify us he just took a uturn and we had to travel an hour backwards. The trip was so exhausting.
