Smell on the bus was nasty

Donagh O.April 7, 2019 |

The buses are very comfortable and clean. The pick-up area at Madrid airport T4 is not big enough for the number of buses using it and sometimes buses can be delayed while waiting for a vacant slot to pull in. This can be stressfull for new users of the service. This is not the fault of the bus companies, however, but they need to demand extra slots from the airport management.

Ken O.January 25, 2019 |

I wasn't permitted on the first bus even though there was plenty of room. I exchanged the ticket for an extra seven euros and waited two hours for the next bus.

Zoe A.August 4, 2018 |

Very kind stuff! And everything on time!

Bogdan-eduard P.January 11, 2018 |

Mee Y.April 30, 2017 |

Even though the ticket agent gave me the wrong platform number to board, I alway enjoy using Alsa when I'm away from home. When unboarding, I do suggest putting a written sign up to show the reached destination point for travels that doesn't speak the language, spoken words are sometimes missed and spoken too fast for us to understand. Other than that, I enjoy using your services.
