Not enough space and totally full, made for an uncomfortable and hot journey
It was okay, recommend it
Very uncomfortable. Arrived over 2 hours late, no explanation and no apology.
Service was okay but I was sat next to an aggressive passenger
Would use again, friendly and helpful drivers
No Wi-fi.. No toilets .and only had usb chargers on the trip to Paris...nothing from Paris to Madrid... The longest part of the journey... Very dissatisfied with the service I am afraid
there was no good management ofthe drivers and no infomation (help servise) at the london victoria center no telephon help line. the two tel. number geving was unasseseble because they could not talk backn to you in englesh.because of this i have to pay twoice for one trip to madrid.I am not happy and i need a return of the ticket not used.(PLAESD).
Eurolines is the best
I missed the coach in London 21/12/17. Information was confusing and the announcer was not diligently to make people know the coach departure.
