We are highly disappointed with your service as we are new our bus left early from your office also we get not proper answer and we loose money and meetings everything and we have to buy new tickets as we are new your office didn’t call once then why you take cell number as we paid online that’s what our big mistake thanks
My luggage was misplaced and hardly any effort on their part is being made to deliver it to me. I had important medication in the luggage that I have to take daily and I missed 3 days. The owner said it might take up to 2 weeks to get my luggage delivered and I cannot stay with my guests that long. I hardly know them. A reputable bus company would pay by courier etc to see I got my suitcase right away. Will have as little to do with this company now as I do not trust them. The owner doesn't seem to realize this will give him a bad reputation and foreshadow the demise of his company.
