I was wondering why it advertised it has bathrooms on the bus but it does not. Upon arrival no public bathrooms available (closed) so wish I knew ahead of time.
I’m hooked….I’ll be using it all the time now!!
It’s so easy as I was heading to the airport, I got off at Waterfront, and onto the sky train. Perfect!
I booked trip from Squamish to Vancouver from sea to sky gandola. But bus didn’t arrive due to some reasons and even I didn’t get any updates about time changes
A quick, professional service that delivered exactly what it said it would. Best advice would be to get on at the sea to sky gondola for shortest ride to Vancouver.
Greyhound bus arrived on time, but I was late. The bus waited a couple minutes but would not wait any longer when my co-passenger said that I would be arriving shortly. Sure enough 3 minutes after the bus left, I arrived. The taxi cost $161.
The greyhound took a long detour around the 1 instead of going down the 99 which resulted in the bus arriving 1.5 hours late. This was a massive waste of time and there were other things I needed to be doing.
Extremely satisfied with the whole experience. The ticket was easy to purchase on-line, the driver was courteous, helpful, made me aware of a more convenient drop-off point before the terminal and, most importantly, was an excellent driver.
The bus was an hour late then the bus driver could no longer drive past horseshoe bay since he had already been driving past the legal limit. It was going to be another 40 mins for another driver to come to take over the rest of the way. People had to catch flights and were already delayed so we had to take city bus transit. Staff scheduling was poorly managed and I paid full price for my ticket but didn't even get to the end stop
The lady working the desk didn’t tell me where the bus stop was so I assume it was in front of the station. 5 minutes later the bus just rolled by me and quickly realized I had missed it. No refunds issued. Don’t recommend whatsoever.
On the trip Vancouver-Squamish the driver had not much courtesy when I asked him a simple question at boarding; border line rude in his tone and attitude, not able to look at me, ignoring me and talking like a general in the army; I felt that person is so not happy and does not like people; he would be better working on a farm with animals though I would fear he would be unkind to them; or better be a truck driver; he does not like his job it is obvious; too bad cause in May on the same route the 2 drivers were adorable; 1 star for the first driver n 4 stars for the second
