Sorry for the screw up Brad forgot to tell me what was up thanx Brian
I was impressed as the bus made up time, we arrived just before our scheduled destination time. Clean, modern bus with great service.
Greyhound is the best transportation service . I wish u guys continue this service
The bus from Whistler broke down I had to wait over 2 hours for the next bus
Very good ride, great friendly staff
Greyhound bus arrived on time, but I was late. The bus waited a couple minutes but would not wait any longer when my co-passenger said that I would be arriving shortly. Sure enough 3 minutes after the bus left, I arrived. The taxi cost $161.
The driver was excellent, pleasant and informative.
The greyhound took a long detour around the 1 instead of going down the 99 which resulted in the bus arriving 1.5 hours late. This was a massive waste of time and there were other things I needed to be doing.
Bus was 10 minutes late other than that it was a pleasant and speedy trip.
Timely Clean Safe
My husband and I took the Greyhound bus to Vancouver. The driver was excellent, on time we are going to take the bus again sometimes.
Bus driver rude, bus late
The Greyhound driver did not want to acknowledge the busbud ticket and threatened not to let me on the bus. The Greyhound terminal was closed so I could not print my ticket before hand. If you are traveling Greyhound don’t use busbud.
Extremely satisfied with the whole experience. The ticket was easy to purchase on-line, the driver was courteous, helpful, made me aware of a more convenient drop-off point before the terminal and, most importantly, was an excellent driver.
The bus was an hour late then the bus driver could no longer drive past horseshoe bay since he had already been driving past the legal limit. It was going to be another 40 mins for another driver to come to take over the rest of the way. People had to catch flights and were already delayed so we had to take city bus transit. Staff scheduling was poorly managed and I paid full price for my ticket but didn't even get to the end stop
Bus was cancelled due to a marathon in Squamish. Still I was sold a ticket and not reimbursed afterwards.
Bus 1.5 hours late. Once in bus the experience was great. Good driver and friendly. Clean bus. All good for most part
The lady working the desk didn’t tell me where the bus stop was so I assume it was in front of the station. 5 minutes later the bus just rolled by me and quickly realized I had missed it. No refunds issued. Don’t recommend whatsoever.
On the trip Vancouver-Squamish the driver had not much courtesy when I asked him a simple question at boarding; border line rude in his tone and attitude, not able to look at me, ignoring me and talking like a general in the army; I felt that person is so not happy and does not like people; he would be better working on a farm with animals though I would fear he would be unkind to them; or better be a truck driver; he does not like his job it is obvious; too bad cause in May on the same route the 2 drivers were adorable; 1 star for the first driver n 4 stars for the second
Vancouver was smooth, Squamish, terminal a little out of the way .
Need to increase the bus service . Nd timing are so bad
OTP!! Great to see I could rely on getting me to my destination, on time.
Driver was very informative and polite
See previous review. Greyhound is the absolute WORST. In fact, your terrible service has motivated me to get my drivers license so that I never have to use your shitty bus services ever again. So silver linings, I guess.
I bought and booked my ticket at least 3 weeks in advance. I had tickets to a show in Vancouver i was suppose to see with a friend. I made arrangements to leave work early to catch the greyhound down and the bus never showed. I called greyhound to find out what happened and they told me something was wrong with my ticket. Then the line "cut out" and i never heard from them again. Even though I gave them my number at the beginning of the phone call. So I buy a ticket for the next departing bus but greyhound doesn't take anything but printed tickets. The SECOND was leaving the station at 5:55. I get to the bus station at 5:04. Only yo be told by the lady that works there that they close at 5pm and she has already shut her computer down and she can't/won't help me. Needless to say, I'm out 90 mins of work, the cost of 2 unused bus tickets, the cost of a show at Queen Elizabeth, and I left my friend stranded in Vancouver to see a show on her own. You took what should have been a simple, easy journey to vancouver into a 2 hour nightmare. You ruined an evening that had been planned and organized for a month. Your customer service is appaling. The woman who I dealt with should be fired. She was rude, ignorant and has no business dealing with the public. If greyhound can't pay its people to run it's stations properly, or be open when busses are running out of their stations then you need to step up to the 21st century and allow for e tickets. In this day and age of technology, I should not have to have a physically printed ticket in order to get in your bus. If I could give you zero stars I would. Greyhound is the worst.
Bus driver is very grumpy. The location to catch the bus is not attractive and made me feel a little unsafe
What an amazing find! We were unsure the best way to get back to Vancouver $ this was great!
