Nice And clean bus. The trip was smooth and easy. Only thing I would say is that the staff needs to communicate instructions more and also in a nice a friendly manner.
My only view is the 2hrs to wait ahead for the last bus that took us to Newark .we waited till 9:15pm since about 7pm or minutes past at New Jersey which I see no reason for keeping us till that odd hr.tnx it could be better.
Very poor experience, AC was not working on the first bus, charging was not working, bus suddenly stopped, and we stuck in all these hazel for more than 2 hours, driver's answers were not responsible at all and so on..
request to stick to departure timings, we were asked to wait outside in a line in the cold for an hour unnecessarily. staff were not bothered to even tell the elderly people to sit inside despite the fact the bus was running late
It was good; the drivers of 86115 were very helpful and courteous. They are very careful road users. On the contrary; the wifi did not work as well as a few of the electrical sockets which hindered a few passengers from charging their gadgets.
The staffs were great throughout the journey. We had a long wait at the boarder which wasn’t the fault of the staffs. Though expected but I guess they should have let us known that we may have about an hour delay considering the holiday season
The trip from Toronto to New York was great. But we had a lot of problems at the Port authority. There was no one to direct us to the right bus. Also the bus was delayed by more than half an hour. Not good service at the Port authority.
While going it was good all the way.But while coming the bus was late from Newark to NY. I would miss my next connecting bus so I had to take a taxi to NY.
Bus from Toronto wasate by an hour this causing us to miss our connecting bus to Newark, NJ and forcing a 3 hour wait to finish the trip. Unacceptable!
It was horrible. Booked a direct night-bus from Toronto to Newark, NJ Penn Station. For that, I paid much more money than for the Bus-Ticket where I was supposed to change buses. At Buffalo, I had to leave my direct bus and than I had to stay in Buffalo for 2 hours until I could get into my new bus. I had an delay of 2 hours, missed my train at Newark and was totally exhausted.
My trip to Newark was ridiculous. We asked the driver to lower the ac multiple times and it didn't happen . Then we get to buffalo and there's no driver to take us to America and the 13hr trip turns into a 15 hr trip which was very uncomfortable and made me miss my second bus since we arrived 3 hours behind schedule
I had a no transfer ticket and they offloaded us in Buffalo and then realized their mistake. The original bus left and we had to wait an hour for the next bus. The drivers are extremely rude and inconsiderate. I was waiting in line right behind the driver to pick up a sandwich at 3am and he threatened to leave without me.
We felt like guinea pigs because we were transferred to another bus in Buffalo although we were booked all the way to Newark. After an hour of waiting we boarded the bus to Newark with a driver who was test driving. We arrived at our destination in one piece and decided never to travel with greyhound EVER
