Even though I booked the tickets which indicated that I wouldn’t have to change buses, yet I had to get off the bus and stay on the station with all my luggage.
I was told they could not print canadian tickets, and end up missing my bus because i had no ticket. Then was later given a ticket and had to take the public bus to new york. And figure it out myself.
The bus showed up late. While waiting for the bus I stepped away to use the bathroom and the bus left without me with my suitcase on it. They loaded my luggage on the bus without my permission and couldn’t contact the driver. How can a company not be able to contact its driver? Makes no sense. Now I’m hoping they haven’t lost my luggage.
