Professional drivers and smooth ride
I want to complain about the racist Indian driver that I had. I asked questions in a polite way but he did not respond properly or just ignored. He even dropped me in a stop where I am not supposed to for change bus and said that he was not going to New York but the Flixbus attendant in Niagara change said that that is the bus that is going to NY.
Bus was cancelled
According to multiple reviews, customers express disappointment with the service. They mention issues such as overbooking, assigned seats given to other people, and long delays due to detours and bus switches. These negative experiences have made their journeys uncomfortable and frustrating. However, some positive feedback is also mentioned regarding punctuality in arrival times.

Driver was professional, bus inside environment was good. There should be free WIFI internet available for the pasengers.
The driver didn't have his license, so we had to take a detour. Then we had to switch buses in the middle of the night and wait for an hour for the next to come. We arrived 2 hours late.
My seat was assigned to two other people. Bus was overbooked and twelve hours in an overbooked overnight bus is a uniquely hellish experience
According to multiple reviews, customers express satisfaction with the drivers of the bus company. However, some customers mention that the seats were very cramped and that the bus was cold during their journey.
