great bus driver very good driver and kind
Very good service, driver very courteous
The bus left on time, was clean and the driver was very professional
I also lost my bag and recovered it
The ride was good, but we were late and took longer organizing all passengers because it seems the tickets were sold out. It would be a lot better if the tickets seats were preselected
Everything good, but washroom had no toilet paper or garbage bin I could see
It was my first trip and everything was grear.
Very comfortable. Polite staff. Spacious. Wifi was slow but good enough to watch a movie.
Kind driver and a quiet ride.
I was promised internet and the WiFi did not work
Fantastic but change the wording of Yorkdale-Toronto. I thought this indicated from one to the other. Use a comma!
Great service, friendly staff.
I called ahead, stating that due to traffic problems I would be 5 minutes late. I was met with zero sympathy, and told that nothing would be done. I arrived 3 minutes late and that was too late. I could understand being more than 5 minutes late, but especially because I called to try and rectify the situation I feel like this was handled poorly.
Driver was rude passengers repeatedly.
The itinerary did not elaborate on the number of stops. It just said Barrie and then Huntsville. The location for pick up was also not easily defined and staff at Union station were unaware of pick up location for Ontario Northland. They told me to the wrong terminal and I missed my bus and had to take the next one. I ended up reaching Huntsville near 12am
service was really good.
Excellent - drivers were nice and helpful. Bus was comfortable. All things being equal, I would still prefer the train, though!
It was perfect overall
It’s not always about being on time only . Customers like the convenience of having basic amenities like wifi, washroom, water, some even snacks even if they are sold. Without entertainment of any nature, be it tv, an audio book, online news , a movie , or just plain work ; the trip is bound to be a bore . The driver didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Staff is meant to be friendly and welcoming even on a bad day. But oh well . Megabus , Greyhound, Go all have wifi on board. How come ON-N doesn't ? Not forgetting that every other customer asked the driver for it.
We had to switch buses in Barrie due to an issue with the bus. Not the driver’s fault but annoying none the less. Thank goodness there wasn’t another bus behind us. I would hope that we’re being compensated for the 1.5 hour delay, a 50% increase in the trip length.
Very nice trip
The bus driver was Pleasent, courteous and professional. We arrived in Huntsville 15 minutes ahead of time .
I don't drive and to travel from London, Ontario to North Bay , I prefer the Ontario Northland. Better customer service as I have to take the Grey Hound to Toronto and change bus companies or stay on the Greyhound bus for 17 more hours to get to North Bay. First going to Sudbury and North Bay the last stop. Keep up the great job , but please bring back the trains and buses to London, Ontario.
U need to fix the internet u guys use on ur bus's, it sucks. I'm so bored on the bus without it.
thought it was at 12pm
Very convenient and on time.Drivers are very courteous and helpful when asked.I especially appreciate having 2 bus going North from Toronto toward North Bay so the large number of passengers going to Barrie or Orillia board on one bus and those going farther north take tthe other bus and not have to stop at the first 2 destinations, thus shortening their rede for 30 minutes .
Seats were yhe comfiiest ive ever sat in.
Impressive service , great driver.
