The bus was clean and comfortable. The drivers were courteous and took good care of the passengers. They were patient and ready to assist. The bus has a toilet, which is convenient for a long journey. The only problem was the bus arriving 4 hours late in Jhb. If drivers can stick to the times it would make Big Sky a perfect coach.
