Bus Tickets from Idutywa to Cape Town

I did not enjoy anything from my experience with the firstly it was the sitting the was no space to put my feet because the passenger in front of me was laying back

Very unpleasant. We had a 5 hour delay in East London because of some fault with the bus. That not a nice experience at all

At first aircons were broken and we could not charge our phones, then later the bus itself broke so we ended up waiting for other buses to pick us up. I got to the destination around 2 pm instead of 8:15am.

The bus is early and does not wait for the actual time, so people are left behind On the positive side, drivers were so friend and the bus has a wifi and it is neat

I didn’t enjoy it, it was a taxi first but I booked a bus, second we had to change 3times coz taxis were faulty and it ddnt stick to the time of booking

The bus was very uncomfortable,the was a problem with wheel that made the bus to shake the whole entire trip

The service was great but the drivers lack communication. They don't even check or ask if all people are back from the shops and where they will stop next. Otherwise they drove and arrived on time

Terrible! How does anyone explain a 30-hour drive from Dutywa to Cape Town?! Sooo many delays, and malfunctions. I even missed work due to this. We were supposed to arrive at 6 AM on Saturday, did we not arrive at 5 PM?! The cold and rain in the bus!

The bus drivers are not friendly and they lack punctuality they cannot work with people if they lack punctuality time is money

I developed an understanding of that Eagle liner works in partnership with intercity hence I booked Eagle liner ticket bus I ended up traveling with intercity bus

It was horrible. We were supposed to leave at 13:30 but the bus arrived at 18:45.. we got stuck on the way for 5 hours Please do better Eagle Liner

It was very bad even now we still travelling imagine we supposed to arrive 8 o’clock now 18 o’clock 😫

The driver left early and I did not board the bus even though I was there on time

I didn’t enjoy anything the bus was supposed to departure by 14:50 and arrived at 07:20 but we departed by 16:30 and arrived at 10:30 what is that?

The trip was good I'm satisfied but the route was very long needed to improve communication because I was not told about the route it was tiring and very long

Very horrible, the bus was 1 hour late without being informed we waited on the scorching sun. Afterwards the bus arrived very dirty, aircon not working, we were sweating, even windows were not working. The bus took a while to stop and allow us to buy food and go to the toilets. It was my first and last trip with the bus.

Good morning. I would love that the bus for long distance to have 2 drivers like the other companies. My experience was bad because I never felt safely the time the driver was speeding and I can see that is trying to push because of tiredness. All in all it was ok no complain.

They changed the bus without a notice,made a chaos.They didn't keep the departure time.They delayed the bus knowing that they have good drivers for speed to cover the time.I was not comfortable I couldn't even sleep,I was scared and the bus was too hot.Aircons and charging pots were not working.

The bus was an hour late but the worst experience is that the Aircon was not working and it was very hot .

The bus came late they suppose to come at 10:45 but they came 12:50 ,and when we came in Cape town there were rude to us they told us to get our own transport

Nothing they did not come to fetch me at the pick up point, we arranged for the following day I got the bus it was not in a good condition worst part we stucked in queenstown about 8 hours they had no time to update us atleast to make apologies for such inconvenience

Mind your toilet plz bcz the kids do as they like ,and it leaves the whole bus stinking

The bus was late bt they did make the estimated time of arrival at cap town, good staff and respectful, I would use it again
