My son was on the bus for 23 hours. His luggage was lost and the staff searched for it for 30 minutes. They are not organized at all. He was not even greeted when he handed in his luggage and boarded Beach Rd Durban. He was questioned about his ticket by police on the bus after they arrested a suspect. When he boarded the InterCape staff did not ask him for his ticket. So why does the police have an interest in his ticket.
For my first time, it was better than I expected but the toilets were really disgusting. No toilet paper and no sanitiser in toilets
