Bus Tickets from Port Elizabeth to George

Very nice and patient driver. Bus very late left after 8 instead of before 7. Got to George at 01h00 instead of 23h30 the previous night. Stop of 10 minutes at Plett a bit short as there were queues at the toilet and coffee shop

Bus was an hour late . The service was great though but timings must work on that

I love Intercape busses because of their comfortability, however I don’t like the Inter-connect bus it was too small and uncomfortable, after being on the bus for +-5 hours , my legs were sore and i felt a huge discomfort.

Worst experience. Bus was 2 hours and 48 minutes late. No explanation. No notification.

Improve on your time keeping the bus was supposed to leave 18:25 but only came at 20:00

Bus was late but other than that things were good

Bus was 3hrs late, they said they notified ticket holder but I received nothing. Rd works was the apparent reason, there are 4 stop and goes on the east London rd with a maximum oh an hour delay. Passengers were not notified of the new time of arrival in George either.

Big Sky delayed by 5 hours , and when It arrived in PE , we were 10 passengers that had to climb in , we had no space at all, the bus drivers allowed other passengers to climb in the bus hence we had no space. We had to be transported to another bus station and even there we waited for close to 3 hours. The bus was supposed to depart at 7:35AM, and we had to wait for another bus that only departed at 16:50. I’m very unpleased with this experience. I regard Intercape very high, I didn’t expect such bad service from the drivers.

The bus was 4 hours late to collect and 4 hours later than initial drop off time.

We were delayed by 3 hours. The bus was great though. The driver forgot to drop me in George and kept going to Cape Town.

But drivers sold seats when the bus was full already and put bags on chairs that could have been sat on. The bus was also 2hr late.
