It is TOTAL chaos at Cape Town station, there is NOBODY to assist the passengers to tell us at what gate we must board etc. The poor bus drivers must do everything and even they did not know exactly what is going on. I travelled with Eagleliner and will never make use of them again. The aircon did not work, the cellphone chargers did not work. The bus broke down just passed the Hugenote Tunnel. We sat in terrible, terrible heat waiting for a mechanic to arrive. Only after the mechanic was at the bus did they send a replacement bus.
