Bus Tickets from Edmonton to Calgary International Airport

Terrible experience. Bad customer service & the bus broke down mid trip. We ended up arriving an hour late

It was good but bus did not stop red deer more than 2 minutes at least there should be stay in between the routes

First time rider. Pick up was easy. Ticketing was easy, the bus was clean. Driver was nice and he drove safely. Will definitely use again.

Not satisfied because Flix bus canceled our trip from Edmonton to Calgary Airport.

Good price, reasonable seating. Enough basic amenities (washrooms, plugs)for the trip.

Plus point- Washrooms, upper cabinets for small bags . 2 seats attached to each other should have a hand rest in the middle. It not only give a relaxation but also a bit of privacy from each other and that’s the most important point to look into

Bus was on time - good. Bus hit a deer - not driver's fault but be aware passengers with little English were alarmed when they were told the bus was not going to the airport. They were told there would be taxis to take them to the airport but then they had worries about cost. Of course other passengers stepped in to help but they really wanted Red Arrow to assure them.

I enjoyed the ride. The seats were nice. They played 2 movies from Edmonton to Calgary. The walking rows were spacious and there was free snack foods. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is because of the 2 ports that are 110 outlets just below the window. Without having these behind the seats, it makes it inconvenient for the customer sitting on the inside window seat to have to have cables running over their lap for the customer on the rowside seat that is looking to use an outlet. Other than that though, the trip was awsome and the wifi was hard to stay connected to having intermittency issues.

Driver was eating and talking to passengers while driving instead of paying full attention to the road. We arrived with 20+ min delay. Washroom was dirty and smelled bad. Many power outlets were not working.

It was a great ride but the schedule was delayed and it was a bit noisy in the bus

The driver was amazing explained everything about the trip, the times we will get to every station, which station we were heading too. Well communicated and very clear at every stop. Thumbs up to the driver very helpful💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿

The bus is comfortable and on time, service is excellent, has everybody need and the ticket is good price too. Will ride again.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. I actually screwed up and book my departure for the wrong date (one full week). The girl at the kiosk caught it prior to boarding and was able to switch my departure. I wasn’t super excited that the fare nearly tripled based on “dynamic pricing” as the bus was nowhere near full but it is what it is. Seats were very roomie with a foot rest. Free Wi-Fi (which didn’t work but it was a nice ‘feature’). Electrical outlet to charge my phone and iPad. An air vent that actually blew cool air. And there was a bathroom onboard. Eric was my bus driver and he was incredibly pleasant and friendly. Very satisfied with my experience overall and would use Ebus again in a heartbeat. In fact, given this experience, I would never fly from Edmonton to Calgary again and just take the bus.

We didn’t get to go because my 16yr old daughter doesn’t have government ID and you wouldn’t let her on the bus with her student ID. So I wasted 3 bus tickets.
