In Sherwood we wasted another 40 min waiting for a connection bus from Fort Mac. no explanations were offered, we were just sitting and waiting. I arrived 55 min late in Vermilion, which interfered with my family event/ celebration. Why should 20 plus people, paying customers, waste their time, waiting for late comers? It needs to be addressed.There are ways to handle it NOT AT MY EXPENSE.

It wasnt hot, they had fans/AC going there whole trip. And 1 thing i didnt like is - no assigned seat, and strong smell from the washroom. But other than that, it was a pretty good ride
