I had a very bad experience where by the bus arrived 11 minutes later and the driver did not care about the passengers who were injured because when we approached Cradock the was a strike and the people who were protesting attacked the bus by throwing the stones and the driver did not even bother to check if everyone was okay he only realised that later and all to find out the window was broken and took 2-3 hours somewhere were he said he’s there to fix the window and the window was not fixed this time I really had a bad experience shame and I am so disappointed and we arrived 16:45 pm in Cape Town instead of arriving 08:00 am😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮
I didn't enjoy the fact that the bus delayed with 30 minutes and not informed, again in Queenstown we stayed for 40 minutes fixing the broken seat. Other than that everything else was fine.

It was horrible. We were supposed to leave at 13:30 but the bus arrived at 18:45.. we got stuck on the way for 5 hours Please do better Eagle Liner

Was very bad will neveruse it again.I book a bus for 13:30 it arrived at 16:04 tried calling the call center it was not picking up also on whatsapp they where not answering their email Adress says invalid no Explanation on the delay nothing when the bus Arrived i try talking to the driver instead of explaining or atleast letting me know if its the half past 1 bus he just told me to get in hes in a hurry
