Driver was great despite being late
Everything was wonderful! My ticket was there waiting for me. The Bus trip I enjoyed very much. The Driver was great and courteous:) Very good driver he was as well. I am always happy taking Greyhound, for many years now:):)
The agent at the desk and the driver did not make any effort to connect. No hellos, no smiles, no have a good day, etc. The agent shared wrong information to a fellow passenger and really didn’t seem to know what was going on. The driver put his hand up to a passenger when she approached him with a destination question. Not impressed with the customer service of these two individuals at all.
bus was clean and well-managed.
Overall very satisfied with the service
Very nice service.
it is fine
Bus driver had no clue about stops and route. Adked me if McMaster is in Hamilton.
There was only one muffled announcement about the bus and no one inside the station telling people when and where to board. When I finally walked out to investigate and was told to board, the driver made me bring what would’ve been my checked bag on board with me because it was going to be “too dark” to take it out of the bottom of the bus at my McMaster stop.
Very friendly and helpful driver.
Friendly safe bus driver.
Like all the leg room
I am satisfied with greyhound.
Got my ticket on line bus driver helped me out All good
The driver is an amazing professional. Help me to find my place since it was my first time in Hamilton. I couldn’t be more thankful to him.
Just an awesome ride all together!!
My trip to Hamilton was awesome. It's a great experience to travel with Greyhound. In future I will be there.
Very friendly driver
Best trip ever will only use Greyhound
Was a wonderful and fast trip
Great service. Bus arrived at drop off location a few mins early. Vus driver called out stops on the intercom. Nice bus driver, made sure my luggage was stowed and returned to me.
Very pleasant experience
The staff and the desk was friendly and helpful to me, but I noticed she showed frustration and was speaking unkindly to the costumer before me. No matter the situation, I think she should have handled it with more care, since it left a bad impression on me and others present. The greyhound itself was about 10 minutes late. The actual trip was comfortable and I was overall satisfied. However, the one thing that really bummed me out was that the outlets were not working (there was even a big sign advertising for charging your devices).
Bus was 1 hour late
The lady at the desk in Toronto was very kind even though I gave her the wrong papers to verify. The bus driver was very kind too. He lifted my baggage into the bus and took it of at arrival time.
