Everything was wonderful! My ticket was there waiting for me. The Bus trip I enjoyed very much. The Driver was great and courteous:) Very good driver he was as well. I am always happy taking Greyhound, for many years now:):)
The agent at the desk and the driver did not make any effort to connect. No hellos, no smiles, no have a good day, etc. The agent shared wrong information to a fellow passenger and really didn’t seem to know what was going on. The driver put his hand up to a passenger when she approached him with a destination question. Not impressed with the customer service of these two individuals at all.
There was only one muffled announcement about the bus and no one inside the station telling people when and where to board. When I finally walked out to investigate and was told to board, the driver made me bring what would’ve been my checked bag on board with me because it was going to be “too dark” to take it out of the bottom of the bus at my McMaster stop.
Great service. Bus arrived at drop off location a few mins early. Vus driver called out stops on the intercom. Nice bus driver, made sure my luggage was stowed and returned to me.
The staff and the desk was friendly and helpful to me, but I noticed she showed frustration and was speaking unkindly to the costumer before me. No matter the situation, I think she should have handled it with more care, since it left a bad impression on me and others present. The greyhound itself was about 10 minutes late. The actual trip was comfortable and I was overall satisfied. However, the one thing that really bummed me out was that the outlets were not working (there was even a big sign advertising for charging your devices).
The lady at the desk in Toronto was very kind even though I gave her the wrong papers to verify. The bus driver was very kind too. He lifted my baggage into the bus and took it of at arrival time.
