I did not board the bus, we arrived 02:30 and waited. 2 more people joined us a few minutes later waiting for the same bus. At about 03:45 other busses that were scheduled to leave after greyhound arrived and were departing one at a time. I started to get worried and phoned greyhound to enquire about the bus. Ii spoke to Theo and she told me that the bus left a hour before scheduled time and they have no other bus coming and we have to make a plan to get to our destination. I still can not believe it. Greyhound failed to inform us that the bus will be early for whatever reason. None of us got any follow-up call to check up on us.
