Bus Tickets from Pietermaritzburg to Midrand

Why was the bus changed, and why was this information only communicated at a late stage?

The seats are closed to each other, I had to fold my knees the whole trip. I was not comfortable at all

Journey was ohk but language was day light robbery had two large bags that weighed 23 kg and did option for 20kg free for two bags was then told to pay R244 for my bags.

What I didn't like was the fact that the busses were more than an hour late. I liked that once the bus arrived we did not encounter any problems on the way.

It could be better. The company prioritized their pockets above customers comfort the seating space is too small

No working aircons on the bus, scheduled to arrive at 17H40 ended up Arriving at 19H35

I sat next to a perverted guy that was trying to touch my body I told him count less times to stop th last straw was when I was sleeping he has trying to rub my breast I then asked him on to occasions to stop only after I smack him by threatened to report him to the driver did he stop

Not impressed at all with the service. Customer care is non-existent. Was trying to call to find out where the bus carrying my guests was & no one picks the calls and whatsapp line doesn't work either.

Everything was OK the problem the bus war freezing at night please correct that can't travel in such cold u are gonna make people to have flue.

The seat was straight up and I couldn't relax fir 8 hours . And the smell from the toilet was unbearable

We arrived before the arrival time 😊but I was feeling cold because the windows were opened to avoid the toilet smell

Did not enjoy - bus was late and I didn't receive confirmation sms. Enjoyed - seat was comfortable

Their driving was good but the inside of the bus itself smelt of urine, had to endure that the entire trip, also the seats are not comfortable at all, my neck is sore as we speak

I enjoyed everything, the bus was clean and comfortable. The driver was driving well. What I did not like is that the waiting time i had to wait 6hrs for the second bus to Middelburg. But the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Driver's were fantastic. No air conditioning - very very hot, otherwise a good trip. I will go on Big Sky Express again
