Bus from Pietermaritzburg to Midrand: Tickets & Schedules

1st the bus was 1.5 hours late. I do understand they can't control traffic. The worst part was it was very hot with a full bus and no working A/c as well as no USB port. Also no cup holders and the back of the seats pockets were all ripped out.

Bus was one hour late and when it came, it had a leak so it could not move. We had to wait another hour for another bus We were supposed to leave at 07h50 but we left Pmb at 10h30. The rest of the journey was fine uneventful

Bus driver was really nice and he asked us to kindly ask him if ever there was anything that we needed from him.

Why was the bus changed, and why was this information only communicated at a late stage?

The seats are closed to each other, I had to fold my knees the whole trip. I was not comfortable at all

Journey was ohk but language was day light robbery had two large bags that weighed 23 kg and did option for 20kg free for two bags was then told to pay R244 for my bags.

The bus was cold they open air conditioner, I don’t like that because I have Asthma

The toilet was smelly in the bus and we got delayed by 2 hours due to bus being stuck

The driver was good I can give him 5 however the management failing to manage time I was supposed to leave at 11h10 but the bust cam at 12h00 and was full I ended up leaving very late. I was supposed to be in Midrand by 17h00 but I arrived at 19h30. Lack of professionalism with the management and is not the first time.

The staff was unprofessional, inconsiderate, not helpful and rude. They made us wait in the rain for 15 to 20 minutes without boarding assistance. There was no help with loading or unloading our luggage. I had to go inside the bus carriage to look for my suitcase and drag it out.

was terrible no covid rules followed stops took to long not clean at all and all in all a disgusting as dissatisfying experience

My experience was quite bitter sweet . The driver was driving very well. Seats are comfortable but the only thing that kept me from enjoying my travel were the men that were intoxicated. They were drinking alcohol on the bus speaking loudly and being aggressive at times. They really ruined the trip for me.

The seat was straight up and I couldn't relax fir 8 hours . And the smell from the toilet was unbearable

We arrived before the arrival time 😊but I was feeling cold because the windows were opened to avoid the toilet smell

The chairs weren't so comfortable and also the charging ports are out of reach. But other than that everything was fine

Their driving was good but the inside of the bus itself smelt of urine, had to endure that the entire trip, also the seats are not comfortable at all, my neck is sore as we speak

I enjoyed everything, the bus was clean and comfortable. The driver was driving well. What I did not like is that the waiting time i had to wait 6hrs for the second bus to Middelburg. But the staff was very friendly and helpful.
