Hello my trip to midrand with eagle liner was very dissatisfying as the driver only had a 10 minute break at the halfway stop and engen 1 stop and I was left running after the bus, I am very grateful for the workers at wimpy helping me get back onto the bus on the n3. The bus number is el003

Firstly they changed our bus from citiliner plus to the lower class greyhound, firstly the bus was delayed, secondly I booked 2 tickets and my partner and I couldn't even sit together, third the toilet door was broke and was swinging open and close the entire road trip ... Forth the bus was stinking like pee and to top it off the bus is infested with cockroaches, for greyhound it is highly disgusting the service is putrid

The staff was unprofessional, inconsiderate, not helpful and rude. They made us wait in the rain for 15 to 20 minutes without boarding assistance. There was no help with loading or unloading our luggage. I had to go inside the bus carriage to look for my suitcase and drag it out.

My experience was quite bitter sweet . The driver was driving very well. Seats are comfortable but the only thing that kept me from enjoying my travel were the men that were intoxicated. They were drinking alcohol on the bus speaking loudly and being aggressive at times. They really ruined the trip for me.
