My 9 year old daughter and my 20 year old little sister have not arrived yet. Currently, the time is 22:44. They were supposed to be here about 6hrs ago. Due to poor service, they are still on their way from Pmb to Joburg. Intercape is horrible, I am never using it again.

It was a terrible trip. The bus had a driver that was not professional at all. The bus did not have air conditioning, it was very hot. It did not even have toilet for passengers to relieve themselves. It does not have phone charging mechanism. Intercity should do better than this. That was very bad.
