Bus Tickets from Potchefstroom to Johannesburg

The bus came 2 hours late . The message communicated was not specific about the details of why the bus was delayed.

Seats are super comfortable, good driving only thing would improve is cleaniness

I enjoyed the ride, the driver was very cautious although we waited for about 1 hour 5 minutes for the bus to arrive which I think is very unprofessional. Kind Regards

Very pathetic customer service. I waited for the bus for 3 hrs. I wasn't even notified of the delay. Had to make 20 calls and they were not replying. Very disappointed.

Basic bus ride. Bus was late so there is that. And the guy I sat next to was very stinky.

The bus driver passed our pick up location without stopping, I called bigsky and the mentioned that the driver didn't know he/she was supposed to pick up someone from that pick up point

the bus came an hour late and their response was “life is like that.” the bus was dirty, with trash everywhere. the seats smelt so bad and the driving was completely and utterly dangerous

Greyhound did not pitch and no one informed us,thus we waited hours for a bus that wasnt making it's way to us and yet we were charged .I'm very disappointed in their service as a whole.Infact I consider this theft as I paid for a service they didnt deliver nor attend to .Never again will I buy a ticket from this app or Greyhound .Thanks
