Rider Express has received praise for its friendly and professional drivers, comfortable buses, and efficient time management. Many users appreciate the smooth journeys with ample breaks between destinations. Additionally, there were concerns about unclear stop information causing planning difficulties for food or bathroom needs during long trips. Despite these challenges, many travelers express overall satisfaction with their experiences using Rider Express services.
Bus was ok, but the stopover in Edmonton south is a horrible location!! Being stuck outside in the cold with really no place to warm up or a washroom to use. This NEEDS to change!! It is not safe especially when it is freezing cold. And getting high risk of frostbite. Also a indoor washroom or porta potty would be good. Im a T1D and carry insulin that HAS to be temperature controlled. This trip back was extremely inconvenient and and subsequently, I had to throw out two of my vials of insulin because they froze. That is $150 out of my pocket. Can we please see if it is possible to get a warming station there or/and washing facilities. I get it, it's eminettin, no different than calgary, but in calgary, we have places to warm up and use the washroom at basically every stop same as in saskatoon. Maybe instead of having the stop at emmonton's south, put it close to a gas station that would solve a lot of problems, and
Mitigate the possibility of someone getting frostbite
