The bus itself is awesome and clean and new and comfortable. This great experience could have been a 5-star except for one major incident. The first driver from Surrey (7:10 a.m. pickup) did not put my luggage in the correct storage area when I boarded. When we got to West Kelowna, as this was my first experience taking the Ebus, I got off the bus to make sure my bag wasn't accidentally picked up by one of the patrons getting off in West Kelowna. Low and behold, my bag was taken out onto the sidewalk because that's where it was stowed, with the West Kelowna luggage. If I wasn't the cautious type, my bag would still be in West Kelowna on the sidewalk and my three day trip would have been a series of inquires, police reports and wasted money to replace all the items. Please ensure your drivers do their due diligence in ensuring customer luggage is stowed away correctly. The second driver was extremely professional and informative and the patrons seemed to follow his instructions regarding safety and seat belt use etc.
