I was travelling with a minor and we couldn’t get the same seats ! Driver said I should ask the passengers myself when I asked him to talk to someone to exchange because we can’t be on different seat his a kid ..! I eventually asked someone and they told me they can’t because they chose first and comfortable in their seats .! 15 hours my child is sitting far and can’t sleep properly keeps falling off so I couldn’t take a nap because I have to watch him from a distance

The trip was good ( the drivers were very nice & drove well plus they were cautious on the road) but I was highly disappointed that the seat belt & the seat recliner was broken, which made it difficult for me to get a proper sleep & proper rest. & also the was a cockroach where I was sitting.

Bus delay about 4 hours, drivers we not considerate, it raining heavely there were floods , they could have changed the stations where we normaly take break , and park where we can be able to come out of bus,and get food since it was rainining, because by the time we reached to other stations, shops we closed.
But if they were considerate they could have gave us break where the shops are still opened.

The bus looked new, drives smoothly and the driver was amazing on the wheel, it was also clean and comfortable, the toilets were clean as well.
The second driver was the only thing that was a problem, he treated passers like none paying people, he shouts every stop, keep this bus clean it's still going to Cape Town (I understand the frustration of trying to keep the bus clean) buy it gives me no right to should at us as if we kids. He could have found a better friendlier way to make people cooperate with him than being rude to customers, over and over.
