It was a good service, clean and the bus was well driven. The staff were friendly. The bus had a few minor issues like loose things rattling, the back of the seat in front of us was coming off, and the door for the hot water dispenser kept flinging open. These are minor issues. The main improvement I suggest is to inform passengers about where/when the bus is stopping and which of those stops we can get out and buy something. We didn’t know what was going to be provided (no food or drink was provided for the 20 hr journey) so we only had a few snacks with us, until we stopped 16 hrs later and was able to buy something.

The bus was an hour late and the ride was 4 hours longer than it should have been!
Plus the station written on the bus was not my station and when I bought the ticket it wasn't mentioned anywhere o I almost missed my bus!
Also it was freezing the whole way there and it was awfull.

I didn't receive any dinner, except some sweets. Also without any notice, they woke all passengers up at 00:00 approximately, and they asked us to leave the bus for 30 min. Not sure why, or why we weren't told in advance.

I suggest being careful about the washroom cleanness. We "the passengers" are the reason why we arrive 40 mins late at Puerto Madryn, we "all" got off the bus in every stop and spent time forcing the trip to run late.
