The bus took an extra 4 hours to get to our destination, it stopped for 30 minutes at each bus station and they were nearly only an hour apart, the bus broke down and the new bus we got on had a disgusting smell from the toilets. A day was wasted due to the inefficiency of the journey

Terrible. Bus was cancelled and we were offered no alternative. Had to get a public bus which was very uncomfortable and had to pay more. Lot of stress

The journey did not take the 5h45mins it advertised. It took almost 8 hours to arrive to the destination.

Without advance notice we were rebooked onto Expreso Brasilia which has a terrible reputation. Seat reservation lost and we ended up in broken seats next to the toilet whose door didn’t close and stank. Halfway through the journey they told us to get on a different bus. Nobody told the driver of that bus to stop at our stop so the bus went past without stopping. All seatbelts on both buses were missing or broken. The air-con only worked intermittently with most of its airvents broken too. If I could give zero stars I wojld

The driver was driving too fast in compare of the road situation, he was always trying to pass another cars also when it was dangerous

The bus driver stopped in Barranquilla Amand had lunch there for about an hour. Then he proceeded to fill up at the gas station and stayed there for about 30 minutes more in order to talk to some friends and eat, again. Meanwhile there was no communication about the delay whatsoever. Traffic had gotten a lot worse in the meantime so it took us another hour to get out of the city. What was supposed to be a 4-5 hour trip took 8,5 hours in the end. Traveling with this bus company was way, way worse than with the comfortable other companies.
