The bus driver was very rude and problematic for toilet stops even though we repeatedly told him that the bus toilet was not clean. Also the bus was problematic and we had to stop every 5 minutes because the engine of the bus started overheating

We didn’t get greyhound we we transported in another branded bus. No communication was sent before the said time that the bus is going to be late. Only got a message at 9pm when we were already in the bus. 1 h 10 minutes is a long time to wait not knowing what is going on

The journey was very Peaceful and the time frame s was also accurate especially arrival, big up to the drives very smart and experienced.and I would like to use the services more often
its was not an enjoyable trip whereby there was only one stop for break and we had older woman with differnce health issues , while the driver would take a smoke break and keep us inside the bus . I use to travel by bus late in the years whereby we would be offered coffee and atleast have 2 breaks on my way .
