I enjoyed nothing, there's no time management. The bus ended up leaving at 20h00 instead of 18h45, the worse happened.. The bus had a breakdown along the way, we had to wait for a new bus coming from Johannesburg. My ticket said I will arrive 03h45 Am at kokstard but I arrived at 09h00. Eagle liner please improve your services

You overbooked, the bus was full. We ended up on brown bus that I did not booked, I paid for 3 seat only to get two seats, intercape needs to do something. I love your buses I have been a costumer for a very long time but sometimes you fail us.

The attitude of the driver was worse than anything I've seen before. He passed Kokstad and went straight to Matatiele without any word. Despite people requesting to get off, he continued without any response. Upon coming back, he passes Kokstad again and went to Engine garage to fill up the bus. When we requested to get off he refused and said he will only stop at Mt Curry Inn. This is two hours later, when we passed Kokstad the 1st time it was 03h00 and we only got off at 05h10. Please assist with corrective measures
