Bus Tickets from Kitchener to Pearson Toronto Airport

It would be great to have signage of where the bus stop is. Otherwise the driver was polite and helpful. An uneventful trip which is great.

The experience was affected due to the driver not assisting with luggage loading. Driver advised he could not assist us, it was not his job. The travel itself was great!

Finding the bus was a huge frustration as we couldn't find 1 Victoria St. Thankfully while driving around we saw the bus arrive & were surprised it stopped on the side of the road to load passengers, not in a parking lot.

Driver was fine and helpful. Bus was 30 minutes late but don’t know cause of delay.

pickup was a park and ride location with nothing to do except sit on hard bench seats

The bus was quite late and I had to phone to make sure I had not missed it, but it was due to being stuck in traffic. What was most disturbing was that the toilet was locked and out of order.

Onexbus cancelled our trips for June 2 and Sept 4 with a email with 4 days notice for June 2 . Take another bus so many problems. Busbus not so helpfull either the company we paid . Save yourself some anguish book with different company

Greeted by name, and quickly helped with luggage. Site specifies that the ticket should be printed but thankfully the driver did not require.

Bus got stuck in stratford which is not anyone’s fault cause there was a snowstorm. But nobody informed about the delay and I have waited there for more than 1.5 hours. I needed to catch the flight and I had to book uber worth 150 dollars to airport. Very poor service

Very Friendly Staff! Driver is a true gentleman & helped with my luggage. Smooth ride, clean seats, very well maintained. Everything was Amazing! Looking forward to booking my next trip on Red Arrow

It was good but they arrived late

Delay, bus came half hour late. Bus driver talking on the phone the whole time was really disturbing. Driver tailgating was unsafe, making such a hard stop that throwing passengers and their bags out of their seat.

I was a little bit annoyed that my bus was late and I couldn't reach Rider Express to ask how much longer I had to wait. We were 1/2 late.

Pick up location was very confusing. The location listed only described the general area. It should give more in depth details. We felt like we almost missed the bus.

The bus basically broke down twice. On the 427 south it broke for good and we waited at the side of the highway for another bus to come. Basically over an hour late by the time we arrived. Bus driver was fantastic. Give him something that runs to drive.

Bad, cancelled 30mins before the scheduled time and due to the cancellation, the return ticket could not be refunded

I bought the ticket for my mom and the bus didn’t show up. She was very stressed luckily found another ride.

Bus got cancelled a couple hours before. It was the only bus heading to Toronto area at that time

Stressful- bus was 40 min late and no info provided despite me giving my contact info.

It was seamless. My only feedback is that the pick up point is not clear. There’s no sign or anything marking it.

They didn't except my booking and I paid extra 21. 00. Tried to ca contact you for refund, documented complaint , advices that I would be contacted , so far no communication. Via staff never heard of you!!

Never traveling with Via again- a major 3hr delay and not even complementary water was offered

My 1.5 hour train ride took 4 hours. Stopping multiple times on the track, with the longest stop being over an hour long.

Driver was polite and communicated well. I had to call as there was no sign or anything to tell me where to get picked up. It was just a parking lot. I feel I should have been given some better direction. I was looking for a bus and it was a van. The driver was driving VERY aggressively. Barely a car length from cars. Driving fast and then braking and changing lanes all the time. He also frequently had his phone in his hand scrolling to change music. Sheesh, I was nervous if not scared.

Ok, traffic was heavy, but we were able to get to the airport with lots of time

I didnt enjoy the speed & reckless driving of the vehicle
