The inconvenience of the delay from 35 min to 2hours and then they are inconsiderate that we make transportation arrangements prior the date of departure so if there are delays and we aren’t aware off we aren’t able to communicate with relevant services.

I've been traveling alot,and this is my 1st time traveling with "intercity" I must say their service was excellent.The bus was very nice and clean,it has aircons,toilet was very nice and clean,you can also charge your phone while traveling. Another thing the bus arrived on time for departure and we arrived exacly the time it had on my ticket.we only had two stops for break.And the drivers were both very friendly and so helpful. I had a smooth and comfortable trip even the other passengers was super friendly.

I didn’t enjoy it. The bus way late by almost an hour. We only had to stop once, we needed to use a toilet but the driver refused to stop. We couldn’t use the one inside because it a FILTHY. Please fix the toilets inside. They’re extremely unhygienic and dirty. It’s not good for a long distance. Also the emergency alarm kept on beeping the whole journey which was annoying. Fix the toilet. It must have a flush and be cleaned. Also have small bins on the side on the seats.

The bus was 1 hour 40 mins late. We were informed of the delay way ahead of time. Which assisted coz I adjusted my time. And the drivers were so humble,professional and sweet

I did not enjoy anything,The bus was smelling because of toilet that was not working, imagine 11 hours in that situation,The driver did not light heater,we were freezing,he light it when we where approaching umzimkhulu just after he receive a call why he don't light the heater

The bus delayed for two hours and I was sitting at the third seat from the back, the bad smells of toilet was killing me from East london to Durban, pls make sure that the toilet is clean not that bad smells of urine all over

There was a 2 and a half hour delay.My plans were disruputured.Checkered in at 01H00

On time Good driving One driver did not have patience. & talking like he's been telling you something several times. Need to refresh toilet To put off light Change change ùûe

It was comfortable and warm also drivers were welcoming and nice

It was bad, arrived very late

Bus was late with 3 hours, was very slow and it arrived 5 hours late to my destination

Bus arrived late, drivers were cocky, no explanation as to why they were late. We were stuck on the road for 6 hours without moving. The whole experience wasn't pleasant.

1. Bus was very late 2. Driver did not check tickets due to poor signal. Stated he would while stopping at a certain place and never did. 3. Bus smelt very bad (throughout the bus it smelt of urine, very strong stench) 4. Bus looked horrific (rubbish/food everywhere) 5. Bus had cockroaches crawling on people due to mess (rubbish/food on the floor and behind the seats)
