Overall good in terms of the cleanliness of the bus and the trip itself, aside from one major issue for me as a disabled passenger. The disabled/accessible seating desperately needs to be updated, as well as its signage, as one of the sets of 'accessible' seats (the only one that would have allowed me the proper angle to place my leg that has limited ability to bend, within my seat/not out in the aisle getting slammed into and kicked) was filled with the driver's stuff. He wouldn't move his stuff and rather condescendingly and annoyedly said I couldn't sit there or he wouldn't be able to see and that the signage was wrong. While I understand that he is not the reason the signage is wrong, this put me in a dangerous scenario by essentially having no other option aside from the other "accessible" seating at the back of the bus. The other "accessible" seating at the back of the bus, while allowing my leg that has limited bending ability the space to extend, caused me to get shoved and jostled in painful ways multiple times when people needed to go into and out of the restroom. Not only this, but it is an extremely cramped space that almost certainly contributed to more issues for my condition during this ride. At least twice, I had to push one of my kneecaps back into its groove after being jostled around, and both of my knees were extremely swollen afterward, which is something I'd managed to avoid on buses (with different companies) with proper access to seating for disabled passengers. This desperately needs to be addressed. I had finally had the confidence to ask the driver of a trailways bus to allow me access to the accessible seating I needed and was put in a terrible situation in regard to both their verbal response and their decisions of where to recommend I sit. This is at least the 3rd or 4th instance of drivers on trailways buses filling the accessible seating at the front of the bus with their belongings. I'd thought before that it was a mistake, but this time showed me it was simply inconsiderate, whether that be ultimately on Trailways (if it truly is a visibility issue that signage isn't fixed for— why have a seat no one can sit in and call it accessible), the driver (rude and dismissive when it comes to the one I talked to about it, or potentially just plain inconsiderate when the others have blocked the accessible seats with no explanation or alternative, even during times I was using a clear mobility aid in the past), or both. Please do better for your disabled passengers. Bus routes are already so limited for rural areas like where I live, and experiences like this limit things even more for me and others in similar circumstances.
According to customer reviews, there were positive comments about the helpful and kind driver. However, some customers mentioned that the bus did not arrive as scheduled despite it being displayed on the schedule.

The bus driver, though pleasant, stated the mask mandate for the bus but allowed everyone to get on without a mask in sight regardless; nothing was enforced. We were past capacity with people sometimes standing, and yet myself and one other person were literally the only ones with masks on. I felt unsafe and it’s frustrating because the bus is sometimes my only option. Please do better. Enforce the rules. Have sanitizer available, etc.
