Great trip, cautious drivers, pleasant trip!
The bus didn't have toilets
Best travelling service
I was freezing all night and when I asked for the aircon to be off I was ignored more than 3 times . The charging points were not working in most of the seats around me . There was no staff to serve tea , no announcement of our stops and location , no time of bathroom breaks hence we'd leave late , the driver was late most of the time and would speed the bus up , very fast I felt unsafe . So unhappy about the service
The bus was untidy and neede servicing. It was stinking and dirty with no ventilation system exec for an air conditioner.
The bus was standing in the station in P.E for 1 hour and 30 minutes no one came and informed us why the bus was stopped for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I had a return bus back to Cape Town my 13h45. I didn't even spend 10 minutes at home because of the delay on intercape. I almost left behind by my return bus because of intercape delay.
Keep up the good service
I am satisfied with the condition of the bus, staff for assistance as well as the drivers are so friendly
