I loved the service with bus drivers although the times were not adhere to and then we were picked from beach to station to start with process of checking in but otherwise I am happy with everything
The bus was stuck for more than the convinient time. The bus drivers were not updating as to what is Happening and they never apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Driver was constantly checking on customers, bus was comfortable.. What I didn't like is it departed later than scheduled time, and the attitude of ticket examiners when had arrived on our destination.

I was initially met by friendly stuff that stowed away my luggage, upon boarding the bus my information was confirmed and all was well. Bus driver was friendly and greeted me with a smile. I loved the service I received.

l booked lntercity bus but to my surprise my trip was on Eagle liner bus that was not roadworthy it took more than what l was expecting and l was tranded all alone at Heidelberg mall at 20:05 NO taxis to take me to Balfour l end up sleeping on a bench outside the mall My trip took 11 hrs to reach Heidelberg from Durban station 08:45 to reach my destination 20:05 instead of 08:45-15:00l was very disappointed about lntercity bus company referring us to Eagle liner
