Start enforcing the wearing of masks on your busses. Furthermore there was water leaking onto a few customers. Lights and charging ports were not working.

The check in in George was chaos. 15 people waiting for the bus and only when it arrived were we told we need to check in our luggage inside the office. Had anyone known this, we would have done it before the bus arrived. An info on the ticket or from the staff would have been nice. Thanks to this we had an additional 20 minute delay.
Furthermore, finding the bus stations in George is extremely difficult for non-locals. The station in 63a York Street I never found, took a cab to George Station then.
