Bustrip was wonderful. The wait at George Station was not pleasant. The waiting area smelled very strongely like jeyes fluid, no toilet facilities and huge wifi adverd posters but no wifi. Also no public phone, no snacks/water.

Start enforcing the wearing of masks on your busses. Furthermore there was water leaking onto a few customers. Lights and charging ports were not working.

The check in in George was chaos. 15 people waiting for the bus and only when it arrived were we told we need to check in our luggage inside the office. Had anyone known this, we would have done it before the bus arrived. An info on the ticket or from the staff would have been nice. Thanks to this we had an additional 20 minute delay.
