I was there 35 min before my departure time, while waiting in line to be helped, my bus left without me. I was not the only one. I had to pay an extra R350 to get a taxi that chased the bus. Eventually we got on the bus. Further more the bus was one and a half hours late to my destination. I would probable never use your bus service again.

There were cockroaches running on the windows, no toilet paper or soap in the toilet and our bus broke down on the N2 outside Knysna leaving everyone on the bus standing on the side of the road waiting. I made a plan B after 40min but am not sure how long the others had to wait
