Bus Tickets from Kimberley, ZA to Potchefstroom

The intercapebus driver was very rude. They were 2 hours date. Toilet was smelly They were in a bit of a hurry and could not allow people to use the toilets outside

The online ticket purchase went fluid but the travel experience was terrible, bus arrived late, litter bags all over the bus not cleared, seat covers dirty and charging ports not working. Bus drivers smoking while offloading luggage disregarding the non smoking public...

please tell bus drivers to make it clear for how long bus will stop when it does.

It was my 2and encounter with Intercity, both occasions it was very late. More than an hour late.

The bus was scheduled to leave at 6.30 am. By 7.30 am, there was no bus, and no information available. I then booked a ticket with another bus company, and I will probably not make use of Intercity again.

I waited for more than an hour for the bus to come fetch me only for me to sit on a filthy seat with we empty plastics and bottles. The toilet also made the whole bus stink.

The journey was fine no complaints, but the bus must keep time this is the third time consecutive the bus is not on time table. On the 21st of May it arrived 2 hours late from the pick up point, yesterday 25th of June it arrived 40 mins late.

The bus came very late and the was no communications. And the bus got stucked on the way.
