Passengers consistently praise the friendly and professional drivers, as well as the overall comfort of their bus journeys. Many felt safe and appreciated how they were received upon boarding. However, there was a mention of a breakdown near town, highlighting that timely communication from staff during such incidents would be beneficial for passengers' peace of mind.
Trip was well except the brake down just before we reach town, i think we were about 25km to town.
I would advise the driver's must immediately inform the passengers if there's anything of that nature in future, they must not wait for passengers to wonder and panic.
