Poor customer service and not prepared to make customers their first priorities……long distance buses have to be checked by mechanics before they leave to any trips to see whether the bus can be able to handle long distance trips..we can’t be on the road and the bus be fixed as welll that’s impossible
Please bring back "Sleepliner". The trip is too long for a "Mainliner" with less space between the seats and WORSE less reclining seats for a passenger to sleep during the 17hrs trip.

An incorrect bus type was sent for the trip from Potchefstroom to Cape Town. Not comfortable. There were way too many stops. Not enough time to buy food at the main stop. Not all charging ports worked. The trip back home to Potchefstroom was slightly better with the correct bus provided. Not happy at all.
It was very nice, but the lights on the bus do not work. Neither does the air-conditioning. There were many cockroaches crawling all over the place! Definitely something to look into.
Please be on time , we have activity we are attending that needs us on time and please look carefully at the hygiene for the toilets
