It was comfortable and cosy. There was no weird smell and the bus was on time.
InterCape has received positive feedback for its punctuality, friendly and professional staff, and comfortable travel experience. Many users appreciated the safe driving practices of the drivers. However, there were some concerns about temperature regulation on board as air conditioning was not used frequently enough to maintain a cool environment during trips.
The driver was so gentle and i was able to sleep because his driving was ok,he was even stopping at the garages for some break

Never made it to the bus. Vehicle breakdown on the way to bus stop long before departure. Called Intercape, the refused to change ticket.

As it got darker the aircon made it extremely hot in the bus, we could see it on the windows ad we couldn't get out because we were not supposed to take a break. We had to sit in that extreme heat the whole time probably for hours. A pregnant person can not take that much heat because they would almost faint. The rules are a bit unclear as to can pregnant women throw up in the bathroom or ot since it's only for peeing. Also being pregnant and being made to sit at the seats above is not nice at all because the toilet is downstairs for emergency cases like the extreme heat of last night.
