Intercape Sleepliner Kimberley Cape Town recent customer reviews
It was not a Sleepliner but a Mainliner. The driver was rude about the fact that I had mistakenly attached the luggage sticker to the boarding pass. Fortunately the staff at the Tourism Centre came to our aid. Later it became an issue as the driver did not want to release my second bag upon arrival at my destination. He eventually did.

The driver was very controlling and treated people like goods. Even when the rules were stated the staff on the bus were fraternizing with the passengers and making noise.

The bus was almost two hours late. We were waiting from 00h10 am until 02h00 am. Which is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Greyhound Kimberley Cape Town recent customer reviews
I chose a sit of my liking for my convenience and comfort and the staff member removed me to allocate me a different one, however the sit I got allocated was rather uncomfortable as it didn't recline. I then requested for a different sit — of which I got but it the charging port was not working. All this, unfortunately, made my trip uncomfortable.

Awe full, I prayed all the way just to get to Cape Town. The drivers were rude and insulting towards the passengers. The seats are to close to to each other, greyhound forced in extra seats to beyond the maximum capacity. As an athlete l had knee pain all the way. No legroom. It was horrible!!!

Firstly I would like to thank the steward, Morris. Our daughter was travelling on her own without a cell phone. He was very helpful and gave his cell number in order for us to have contact. We could call him anytime during the trip to follow up if she was still ok. He would also keep us posted on where they are driving and about the little delay they had along the road. Thank u Morris

The service was really nice. It was really relaxing. Only problem was that the bus at the top started dripping water inside but luckily it didn’t touch any of the passengers
