Just that they take your bags, before making sure it's the right bus, what if my name is not linked to that bus, does it mean I'll have to take my bag out again...but other wise I enjoy the trip and I'm safely home
Never experienced this on a intercape bus it was very poor

It was nice
Your driver was very inconsiderate, selfish as he took a music box on the bus, i asked them to switch it off in Lainsburg which they did, the second arrogant, inconsiderate, selfish driver switch it on when he start to drive about 02:30 and played his music loudly. We've all had earphones but he doesn't care about others. This driver make trips like this unpleasant and need to be warned, to be considered that the trip is not about him nor is he the owner of your bus. This driver is bad for your business and need to be addressed about such behavior
